Return Policy
All sales are final unless item is defective in which case you can return it. In order to return an item, you must email us at returns@aol.com or contact us at 239-404-1707 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA), so we may exchange address information and instructions to have the item replaced with a new one.

All defective items need to be sent back to Naples Bag Co. first before a replaced new item is shipped out.
